A stay in the Cottage is also part of the Auction Package. There is a primary bedroom with a queen bed and its own private bath. The living room has a sofa arrangement that converts into two twin beds and has its own private bath as well. The two areas are joined by a galley kitchen. There are robes and hairdryers and many little amenities.
The Cottage was once an old garage, home to spiders and other unsavory beings, and a workshop, which was a DIY disaster. A pot belly stove sat in one corner rusting. Then a desk was added and it became home to my office, the headquarters of Crudup Enterprises. One day, I had killed my ninth spider and I realized I spent my days in the only remaining dilapidated corner of the property. Shortly after, the Cottage was created. It is an L-shaped building with a bedroom and bath on one side. A galley kitchen connects the living room, which makes into twin beds and has its own private bath. That's when our house motto became "the more the merrier."
There is a queen bed in the Cottage bedroom which also has its own bath. A corner arrangement in the living room makes up into two twins, and that room has its own bath as well. So the Cottage can sleep up to four very comfortably.
