A stay in the Cabin is part of the Auction Package. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and a walk-in closet. The living room and kitchen are open concept and there is a comfy cabinet bed (queen size) by the window for extra sleeping. The Cabin has a shared hall bathroom. It's fully equipped with robes and blow dryers; soaps and shampoos. Just bring a change of clothes and a toothbrush!
While we renovated the main house, we lived in the guest house, a 900 square foot cabin-style building (hence the name). It was the winter of 1998, a time when El Nino made its presence known every day. The Cabin had no heat, only electric oil heaters. Bob was away on the east coast most of the winter. But the sheer joy of being in Sonoma kept me warm! There were days I waded through white water torrents pouring down the steps leading to the main house, but I was in Sonoma and our house was being transformed, day by soggy day. Today the Cabin has had a much-needed renovation and is more comfy than ever.
There is a queen bed in the bedroom. There is a queen "cabinet bed" in the corner of the living area. So the Cabin can sleep up to four ladies or two couples (who know each other well and don't mind sharing!).
